RLA (Russian Liberation Army) and RLM (Russian Liberation Movement) - Military formations of the Russian People during W.W.II, which did arise, as a consequence of anti Bolshevik feelings and their renunciation by the Motherland in accordance with Stalin's Order No 270 (of August 1941) during their most difficult times as Prisoners of War (POW).

General A.A. VLASOV ex Red Army General, who did what he could to save Russian soldiers from hunger death and extermination in German POW Camps by forming a fighting force with the intention to fight Stalin and Bolshevism.
